All vehicle rentals in Omagh are governed by a comprehensive Rental Agreement, which you will receive upon booking confirmation or when collecting your vehicle. This agreement outlines the specific terms, conditions, insurance information, charges, and your responsibilities related to the rental. In case of any discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the latter will prevail.
Eligibility Criteria
Renting a vehicle requires:

7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Uses of Rental Vehicle
- The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities or purposes. This includes racing, off-roading, or any dangerous driving. Transporting hazardous materials is prohibited. Sub-letting the vehicle or allowing unauthorized drivers is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. The vehicle should only be used for its intended purpose and must not exceed passenger or weight limits. Additionally, driving outside the agreed geographical area requires prior authorization.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and extra fees.
8. Liability Restrictions
To the fullest extent allowed by Northern Irish law, Car Hire Omagh is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the amount you paid for the rental in the past 12 months. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
9. Local Legal Framework
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
